Owned by NDTV Limited, NDTV Profit is a 24-hour Indian business channel in English. It has established new standards for simple, clear and transparent reporting on the world of business. This Indian News channel was started by New Delhi Television started in January 2005. Quite a number of excellent journalists cover the news related to business from the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE). Besides this, the channel also covers the latest business deals and acts as a platform for companies to put across their public results, with growth rate, net profit etc. NDTV Profit also started a Business Leadership award in the year 2006.
